Understanding Class 10k Clean Workshops

Per ISO 14644-1 international standards, clean workshops are classified by particle concentration: ISO Class 4 (Class 10) for semiconductor lithography, ISO Class 5 (Class 100) for wafer manufacturing, ISO Class 6 (Class 10k, ≤35,200 particles ≥0.5μm per m³) for high-purity fluorine lining production, ISO Class 7 (Class 100k) for semiconductor packaging, and ISO Class 8 (Class 1M) for general electronics assembly.
For fluorine lining products used in IC semiconductor and wet electronic chemical applications, strict purity requirements mandate metal impurity levels ≤0.1ppb (SEMI C12 grade) and particle contamination ≤0.2 particles/μL. A Class 10k environment is essential to prevent airborne particles from adhering to PTFE/PFA surfaces and compromising product purity.

RANA's 9,000 Facility: Nationwide Exclusive

RANA's clean complex comprises 1,800 of Class 10k space for PPB-PPT grade high-purity lining production, and 7,200 of Class 100k space for PPM-PPB grade medium-high purity products.
This facility is unique in China: most domestic lining manufacturers have no clean workshops at all and are limited to low-end products; the few with Class 1k/10k facilities only have areas of a few hundred square meters, limiting their production capacity for high-end products. RANA is the only enterprise capable of simultaneously delivering high-purity products and large-scale production capacity.

Fully Imported Key Equipment for Precision Production

Complementing our clean workshop infrastructure, RANA has invested in imported key production equipment: automatic welding robots for high-integrity PTFE welds, precision injection molding machines for high-accuracy PFA components, CNC cutting machines for minimal material waste, and advanced testing equipment including spark testers and insulation resistance testers. These imports offer higher precision, better long-term stability, and longer service life compared to domestic alternatives, ensuring consistent production quality and continuity.
