1. When using these fluoropolymer or fluoroplastic lined storage tanks, please ensurethe surrounding environmentis safe;
2.Whenthe linedtanks and vessels is working, one worker need tosupervise it to avoid any accidents;
3. When take wateringorpressuretest, be attention about theconnectingofthe atmosphere, in orderto prevent vacuumingand to ensure that there will be no leakage and insufficient pressure strength;
4. Fireworks should be strictly prohibited duringthe lined equipmentwork, and the regulations on the handling of dangerous goods should be strictly enforced.
In order to ensure the service life and labor productivity of the carbon steel /stainless steel tanks lined with PTFE GBK sheet, PFA GBK sheet, ECTFE GBK sheet, we should carry out regular inspection and repair of the equipment to avoidaffecting normal production in anyfailure.
